This integrated solution combines PDA data capture, specialized mobile printing, and tagging capabilities to empower drivers to tag salvage vehicles during collection. By capturing vital salvage information at the point of collection, this solution ensures real-time data updates and enhances inventory management, stock location, and asset tracking right from the outset.

Process Flow:

1. Salvage Collection:

• Enter salvage vehicle details at the point of collection and loading.

2. Label Generation:

• Your chosen software generates the asset tag identification label.
• If the label is not available, contact your software provider to coordinate with Spenic for guidance.

3. Application:

• Print the Salvage Collection tracking label and either apply it directly to the vehicle or attach it with a Spenic Tag.

4. Tracking:

• From this point, the salvage vehicle is identified as in stock and can be tracked through your internal systems when the data is synchronised.

Solution Components:

1. Android or iOS PDA Device:

• Choose between Android or iOS PDA devices to suit your preferences.
• Alternatively, Spenic Recycling can provide a suitable PDA device for your convenience.

2. Spenic Mobile Printer:

• Our mobile printer is IP56 rated, offering durability and protection in various environmental conditions.
• It includes a protective case and a shoulder carry strap for ease of use by operators during delivery and onward shipping organization.

3. Spenic Salvage Collection Labels and Loop Tags:

• Spenic provides specialized Salvage Collection labels designed for reliable and long-lasting performance.
• Salvage Collection label carriers are provided to securely affix the labels to the salvage vehicle.
